Greetings! The weather is chilling and the 2011 ice cream rush is coming to an end. Now is the time to reflect on what went well this season, what you can improve upon and to start planning for the season to come! Each month, we offer a featured sundae in our stores
in order refresh our menu and keep our customers coming back for more. For the month of November we are bringing back our favorite kids sundae: Bears on the Moon. This sundae is made with our wacky Blue Moon ice cream, marshmallow topping, mini gumy bears, whipped cream and a cherry. If you would like to run this special with us please contact us for promotional materials and with any questions.
Upcoming Specials
To start the new year, we'll be featuring a January Cheesecake Paradise sundae. This sundae will start with our scrumptious Kitty Kitty Bang Bang ice cream and will be topped with hot fudge, cheesecake chunks, almonds, whipped cream and a cherry. |

In case you've missed it, the Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream website has undergone significant changes in the past yaer. Now when you're logged on to our website you can place orders, view oru full collection of promotional materials, delivery schedules, updated training manual documents, and add details about your business for potential customers to see. If you don't know your login information contact Sarah or Rebecca and they'd be happy to provide it for you. Check it out and let us know what you think!

For December we will be featuring the festive 
We'll be sending out new Holiday-themed napkin holder inserts for all customers who use our Tork napkin holders. These inserts are a fun way to engage your customers and get them thinking about all you have to offer. Watch for them in your mail in the next couple of weeks, and if you don't receive them, let us know and we'll be happy to send out more!
If you plan on selling ice cream during the cooler upcoming months, we suggest offering hand-packed ice cream pints and quarts to keep your sales up. Many potential customers are more likely to purchase ice cream to bring home and eat snuggled in their warm living rooms than they are to enjoy a cone on a chilly January afternoon. Scooping 14-28 ounces at a time is also a great way to help your ice cream rotation and keep your product fresh!
We offer sleeves of empty pints and quarts at the manufacturing plant for:
$5.20 / 25 pint cartons
$3.80 / 25 pint lids
$6.70 / 25 quart lids
$5.10 / 25 quart lids
and sell hand-packed pints and quarts in our retail stores for $4.35 and $7.95 respectively.
Once you've added pints and quarts to your menu, make sure your customers know they're available, and that Egg Nog or Cinnamon ie cream would be a perfect addition to any holiday dessert!
To pair with the fall chill, we at Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream are rolling out our last set of seasonal flavors for the year. Try out one of our spicy, limited-time-only ice cream flavors in your stores and celebrate autumn with ice cream!
