In This Issue
Are you having a grand re-opening or summer celebration in which you will be featuring Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream? Send us the detail and we will feature it on the homepage of our website! Currently we are featuring Grater Tater's '1/4 O' The Way to St. Patrick's Day' celebration on June 17th!
We will be extending our office hours for the 2011 summer season beginning May 23rd. The new hours will be Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-4pm.
Packages of Quarts Temporarily Unavailable We are in the process of updating the design on our logo'd pints and quarts and therefore will not be stocking any pre-packaged quarts until mid-June in mid-June, we will be stocking Old Fashioned Vanilla and Zanzibar Chocolate in packages of four quarts. All sleeves of empty quart containers will also be non-logo'd until mid-June when we will be switching to the new containers. We appreciate your patience in the switch to our improved designs!

We once again have pie crusts in stock at the manufacturing plant. Ice cream pies are a great addition to any ice cream shop and a fun treat for customers to take hom and share with their families. Pie crusts are sold in packs of 24 for $40.20.
We sell individual ice cream pies in our retail stores for $15.99 + tax each.
The release date for Bang!! Caffeinated Ice Cream is fast approaching! Bang!! Caffeinated Ice Cream is the world's first highly caffeinated ice cream, with every 4 oz. scoop carrying a full caffeinated punch equal to an energy drink (125 mg). Bang!! Caffeinated Ice Cream will be available on May 23rd in 3 gallon cartons and packages of 4 pints and can be ordered though Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream. This new line of super-premium ice cream can be served alongside Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream products and will premiere in four deliciously energetic flavors:
Peanut Butta - Scrumptious Wisconsin-made caffeinated chocolate ice cream with peanut butter ripples and peanut butter cups.
Cooky Mint - Delightful Wisconsin-made caffeinated mint ice cream with cookies and chocolate chunks.
Iced Latte-Da - Fantastic Wisconsin-made caffeinated espresso ice cream with fudge swirl and chocolate chunks.
Heaps of Gold - Rich Wisconsin-made deep dark chocolate caffeinated ice cream with heaps of heath candy.

Our manufacturing plant is gearing up to 
produce a fresh new batch of Spring and Summer seasonal flavors! Keep an eye out for the following limited-time only ice cream concoctions:
Peach - Fresh peach ice cream with chunks of real peaches, available immediately.
Root Beer Float - Our award winning old fashioned vanilla ice cream swirled with crisp, root beer Italian ice, to be released on May 9th.
Lemon Meringue - Fresh lemon and marshmallow ice creams with a tart lemon
ripple, to be released on May 16th.
Key Lime Pie - Can you say 'pucker up?' You will after this southern pie flavor made of tart lime ice cream, graham cracker pieces and sour lime candies, to be released on June 13th.
S'mores - Creamy vanilla ice cream mixed with chocolate-covered graham crackers, chocolate fudge pieces and topped off with a rich marshmallow ripple, to be released on June 27th.
